Provide and maintain the neXOs Service
Enable profile sharing and anonymous messaging

With Other Users

When someone taps your wristband, they can see your public profile information including your name, photo, bio, and social links (based on your sharing settings). In anonymous conversations, your identity is only revealed if you choose to share your profile.

With Service Providers

Supabase (database and file storage)
Stripe (payment processing)
Twilio (SMS notifications)
Vercel (hosting and analytics)

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent harm to you or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings.

After account deletion:

Your profile will be immediately removed
Messages may be retained for moderation purposes for up to 30 days
Analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form

Block other users from contacting you
Pause your profile temporarily

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

neXOs is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their account and information.

8. International Users

neXOs is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
