neXOs is a social connectivity platform that uses NFC wristband technology to enable users to:

• Share social profiles and contact information
• Send and receive anonymous messages
• Track profile views and interactions
• Control their online presence through "bright side" and "dark side" states

3. User Accounts

To use neXOs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

6. Premium Subscriptions

neXOs offers a Premium subscription tier with additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

neXOs is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
